Your chef, Tom has trained in some of the finest restaurants in the country, including the Michelin-starred Restaurant Portland, The Clove Club and St. John Smithfield. He has spent the past two years cooking for luxury chalets guests in the French Alps. During this time, Tom has developed an innovative cuisine and grown to value the personal connection with his guests that this setting allowed. Tom now focuses on foraging and cooking ingredients from around the North-West, using his extensive knowledge to present the area through thoughtful dishes and drinks.
Devise a menu with Tom, and they will source all the ingredients, serve the meal, and then do all the washing up. If you don’t feel comfortable hosting a dinner party in these times, Tom will arrange for dinner to be dropped to your door with all components prepared and all you need to do is heat up.
